A new documentary about Paul McCartney’s life after The Beatles hit streaming today.
“Paul McCartney: Man on the Run” comes from Oscar-winning documentarian Morgan Neville and is now available to watch on Prime Video.
Using rare archival materials and previously unseen footage, the film explores McCartney’s reinvention as he and wife Linda formed the band Wings in the early 1970s. Since its premiere at the Telluride Film Festival in August 2025, “Man on the Run” has received largely positive reviews from critics.
In addition to the documentary’s premiere on Feb. 27, an accompanying soundtrack album has been released in both CD and vinyl variants. The soundtrack includes “deep cuts and fan favorites from McCartney’s post-Beatles career” and some previously unreleased tracks.
