Hudson Williams’ Girlfriend Katelyn Larson Slams ‘Heated Rivalry’ Fans for Crossing Boundaries

Hudson Williams’ girlfriend, Katelyn Larson, made a rare statement about their relationship after calling out certain Heated Rivalry fans for crossing a line.

“Obviously a lot of you have found the [tattoo] studio [I work at] because of a certain show and that’s more than OK,” she wrote via Instagram Story on Tuesday, September 22. “This is where I draw a very hard line: booking an appointment with me or anyone else purely because of the connection to the show crosses a huge territory.”

Larson, 24, continued: “Showing up to your appointment and asking my coworkers any sort of questions about myself or about Hudson is hugely uncomfortable for everyone.”

While Larson asked those just visiting the shop because of Williams, 25, to “please stop,” she still encouraged actual patrons to come in, adding, “Please go right ahead [and come in]. Don’t ever feel weird about that.”

Williams and Larson had already been dating for several years before the actor landed his breakout role in Heated Rivalry. Based on Rachel Reid‘s Game Changers book series, Heated Rivalry follows rival professional hockey players Shane Hollander (Williams) and Ilya Rozanov (Connor Storrie), whose animosity on the ice is just a front for a secret — and very passionate — romance.

Viewers rooted for Williams and Storrie’s characters on screen, but in real life, Williams has Larson by his side.

“Everything, all my expectations, have been f***ing put through the wringer and tested and just shat on from crazy heights,” he told Harper’s Bazaar in December 2025. “So now I just take whatever this little zeitgeist, this little sensation gives me — and I try and just stay calm through it all.”

At the time, Williams elaborated on Larson’s preference to stay out of the public eye, saying, “She’s not trying to be out there or be perceived. She’s always like, ‘I don’t want to be perceived!’”

While Williams has yet to speak out about the alleged fan encounters Larson was referring to, he has offered rare glimpses into their romance.

“My darling you were eternalized when you ran to that sunset up that red dirt road,” he wrote via Instagram in August. “I’ve loved people deeply for a day, for a week and some for years but I’ll love her until I die.”

Williams added: “Not because I’m supposed to, or because that’s how I was raised, but because every time she smiles I see the little girl whose joy is so unpolluted.”
