‘It Ends With Us’ star shuts down question on whether he’s on Justin Baldoni or Blake Lively’s side during legal battle

“It Ends With Us” actor Brandon Sklenar laughed off a question about whether he was on Justin Baldoni or Blake Lively’s side in their legal drama.
During an appearance on “CBS Mornings” Monday, Sklenar was asked whether he was “Team Justin” or “Team Blake” amid his co-stars’ legal woes with one another.
“I’m team ‘It Ends With Us,’” the actor — who played Atlas Corrigan, the childhood sweetheart of Lively’s character, Lily Bloom, in the 2024 romantic drama — replied while laughing.
The “1923” actor, 34, added that he just wants “people to remember why we made the movie in the first place and what it stands for, just keeping the focus on that.”
“That movie meant so much to me,” he shared before sharing that he has someone close to him who is dealing with domestic violence like Bloom did in the film.
“Me doing that film gave her the strength to change her life. … It’s unfortunate that things get taken away from what the ethos of that thing is and it gets convoluted.”
Sklenar’s remarks come as his “It Ends With Us” co-stars prepare to battle it out in court over claims of sexual harassment, extortion and defamation.
In December 2024, the “Gossip Girl” alum, 37, filed a lawsuit against Baldoni, 41, alleging that he sexually harassed her on the set of “It Ends With Us.”
Lively also accused the “Jane the Virgin” alum and his publicists of orchestrating a smear campaign against her. Baldoni denied all claims against him.
Sklenar initially appeared to show his support for Lively, sharing a link to her sexual harassment lawsuit against Baldoni to his Instagram Stories.
“For the love of God read this,” he wrote last December, tagging Lively’s name and adding a red heart emoji.
Last month, Baldoni filed a $400 million defamation and extortion lawsuit against Lively, her husband, Ryan Reynolds, and her publicist, Leslie Sloane.
He also sued the New York Times after the outlet published a story about Lively’s sexual harassment allegations. The outlet said it will “vigorously defend against the lawsuit.”
Lively and Baldoni’s trial is set to begin in March 2026.
