‘Jacked’ Noah Centineo shows off shocking body transformation

Noah Centineo shocked fans with his beefy body transformation.

The “To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before” star shared a shirtless photo of his muscular physique on his Instagram Monday.

“Road brawler,” Centineo, 29, captioned the sizzling snap.

Centineo was seen flexing his bulging biceps and washboard abs while wearing nothing but low-hanging black sweatpants layered over bright pink underwear.

The “Perfect Date” actor also wore his long curly hair pulled back with a headband.

He snapped the mirror selfie in a small, no-frills room with a bed topped with a guitar and tagged the location as Sydney, Australia.

Confused fans flooded the comments section of Centineo’s post to express their surprise at his meatier stature.

“Did I miss a chapter??” one bewildered person asked, with another agreeing, “Grew his hair out. Bulked tf up. Whattttt😭 we all missed the entire season.”

“This is not the Noah Centineo I remember,” an Instagram user wrote.

“Hold up a damn second….what???!!!….when did bro get so jacked??!!” a fan wondered.

“I want Peter Kavinsky to be back!:(,” someone added, referring to his character in his Netflix movie trilogy.

“Well that was a little unexpected,” a social media user admitted.

Rachel Zegler even slid into the comments section to lust over her pal, writing, “NOW HANG ON-.”

Several supporters of Centineo pointed out that the “Recruit” alum may have been hitting the gym in preparation for his upcoming role as John Rambo in the “Rambo” prequel.

Deadline reported that the Millennium Media film, to be directed by Jalmari Helander, is expected to start filming in Thailand in early 2026.

It’s unclear when exactly Centineo’s body transformation began as he doesn’t often post to his Instagram page.

Centineo has been making headlines amid his rumored romance with Zoë Kravitz.

The duo sparked dating speculation in March when they were seen exiting a Los Angeles restaurant together in the wee hours of the morning.

In May, Page Six reported that he and the “High Fidelity” actress, 36, had a low-key brunch date in Brooklyn.

A source told us at the time that they attempted to stay under the radar while grabbing pancakes at Greenpoint hotspot Chez Ma Tante.

“I don’t think they were showing too much PDA,” the source said at the time, noting that they “just tried to blend in and have a normal brunch.”

However, Kravitz has since sparked dating rumors with Austin Butler and, most recently, Harry Styles.

Centineo was previously romantically linked to Alexis Ren, while Kravitz called off her engagement to Channing Tatum after three years together last Fall.
