Jaime King tells Page Six she was “blindsided” by her husband’s divorce filing.

TMZ reported last night that banker Austin Sosa had asked courts to end their marriage on Thursday.

They got engaged over the summer, and it seems they got married in secret.

“I was completely blindsided by the divorce filing, which came out of nowhere,” the “Sin City” star told us Thursday night.

“I was with Austin the night before it became public, and while like many marriages we had normal challenges, I genuinely believed we were working on our relationship.”

Meanwhile, she denied our report that she’d been seen on what appeared to be a couple of dates with famed hotelier Vikram Chatwal had anything to do with the split.

“Any recent interactions being referenced publicly were strictly professional business meetings and have no connection to this private matter,” she said.

The “Pearl Harbor” actor, 46, finalized her divorce from director Kyle Newman in 2023 after 17 years of marriage, and got engaged to investment banker Austin Sosa in July 2025 after meeting through friends in December 2024.

She and Newman have two kids.

“My focus right now is my work and, above all, my children,” King told us Thursday night. “This is deeply personal and should remain private, and I hope people will stop making assumptions — particularly ones that unfairly and disproportionately scrutinize women simply for doing their jobs.”

We reported earlier this month that Chatwal and King had looked affectionate with one another at Chateau Marmont one evening. They were then seen together again just days later at Chatwal’s own Bombay Palace restaurant.
