Jason Tartick Reacts to Ex Kat Stickler Soft Launching New Boyfriend

Kat Stickler is giving fans a glimpse of her new man after her split from Bachelor Nation’s Jason Tartick.

In an Instagram video, Stickler, 30, shared a clip of herself shaking the hands of a mystery man. “Girl whose whole life is online,” she wrote over the video of herself before panning to a clip of the man’s torso. “Guy whose whole life is private.”

Without sharing a photo of the man’s face, Stickler then uploaded a video of her biting his ear. The man then turned his head and the pair shared a kiss.

“Perfect match?” she captioned the post, adding in the comments section, “Here we go again🤷🏻‍♀️.”

Tartick, for his part, weighed in on Stickler’s upload on Tuesday. “Did you see that Kat hard launched a new relationship?” one user asked in his Instagram Story Q&A to which Tartick, 36, replied, “No.”

“First seeing this is this Q rn,” he said. “She deserves the best in life. Truly happy for her.”

In October 2024, Tartick shared that he and Stickler had parted ways after less than a year of dating.

“I am sad to share that Kat and I are no longer together,” Tartick wrote via his Instagram Story at the time. “It’s fair to say that I love hard with all my heart and fall fast. Sometimes in life that works out and other times, it doesn’t. This time it didn’t.”

He continued, “Kat has brought me so much happiness and light, she brought out parts of me I never knew existed. I will forever be grateful for her and, of course [her daughter] sweet MK. This chapter closes amicably, and another opens.” (Kat is mom of daughter MK, whom she welcomed with ex-husband Mike Stickler.)

Kat addressed the split in a separate video, noting that their relationship was “not love wasted.” While reflecting on the split months later, Tartick shared that the separation was “so abrupt” and “so unexpected.”

“Then, what I was hearing, these things I’m hearing publicly about speculation of what happened. I’m just sitting in my house, like, pulling my hair out. Like, ‘You’ve got to be kidding me.’ That was, like, a really tough month. A really, really, really hard month,” Tartick said during a January episode of his “Trading Secrets” podcast.

Tartick admitted that he was willing to relocate to Florida to be with Kat, who is based there. “Everyone goes through breakups,” Tartick said. “It is what it is and breakups happen. This is why you date. If you have a sudden change of heart, she’s not to blame for that. That’s OK.”

He continued, “It’s really no one’s business what happened, but I will say, I’ve just seen every rumor out there and none of them are accurate. You put a gun to my head and I would never, ever be disloyal to her. I have a ton of respect and care for her.”
