Jennifer Lopez knows how to bring the drama.

On Thursday, the multi-hyphenate, 55, walked the red carpet for the Broadway opening night of George Clooney’s “Good Night, and Good Luck” play, exuding glamour in a black plunging gown and oversized white cape look.

The base of the look was Lopez’s cleavage-baring velvet dress, designed by Saiid Kobeisy. She added a removable white cape with billowy fabric on the shoulders and an especially long train, also courtesy of the namesake designer.

Some fans joked about her oversized outwear, with one writing in Page Six’s Instagram comments, “Why did J-Lo bring her Comforter? 😂😂😂” and another saying, “Have fun sitting in the theater😂.”

At one point in the night, the “On The Floor” singer did ditch the voluminous piece, drawing more attention to her pendant statement necklace and dangling earrings.

Lopez doubled down on velvet, carrying a Tyler Ellis black clutch ($2,950) rendered in the soft material.

The “Unstoppable” actress was joined by her teen child, Emme Muñiz, who wore a black suit, white button-up and black printed tie, matching mom.

The 17-year-old completed the look with black chunky loafers adorned with a gold chain detail and was joined by aunt Lydia Lopez, too.

Lopez wasn’t the only celebrity on the red carpet last night — stars like Cindy Crawford, Kaia Gerber and Uma Thurman were also in attendance at the star-studded event.

Making his Broadway debut, Clooney, who co-wrote and starred in the play (which is a stage adaptation of the 2005 film with the same name), ditched his hallmark gray hair, showing off his newly dyed dark locks.

In addition to his fresh hair color, the actor looked sharp in a black tuxedo and coordinating bow tie.

Lopez and Muñiz are taking the Broadway world by storm, as the duo also attended the “Othello” opening night together last week.

The actress turned heads in a dazzling black Zuhair Murad two-piece gown, while Emme was clad in a black and white pinstriped suit and patterned tie.

We hope to see them at another Broadway opening night soon.
