Jennifer Lopez Shuts Down Andy Cohen’s Question About Ex Alex Rodriguez: ‘I’m Done with That’

NEED TO KNOW
- While on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Jennifer Lopez was asked about the rumor that Alex Rodriguez had an affair with Madison LeCroy of Southern Charm
- While playing a game of “Plead the Fifth,” she took a hardline stance to questions about her personal life
- In 2021, it was rumored that her ex-fiancé Rodriguez and LeCroy had been exchanging DM’s
Jennifer Lopez isn’t interested in going back in time to talk about her ex-fiancé Alex Rodriguez.
During a Wednesday, Oct. 15, appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, the Kiss of the Spider Woman actress, 56, was asked about her relationship with Rodriguez. Specifically, host Andy Cohen wanted Lopez to address rumors linking the baseball legend to Southern Charm reality star Madison LeCroy, 35.
During a game of “Plead the Fifth,” Cohen, 57, said that fans would “kill” him if he didn’t ask about affair rumors that bubbled up after a reunion episode for the Bravo reality series.
According to Cohen, it was alleged that Rodriguez, 50, had been “DM’ing one of the cast members” and that it “somehow led to” Lopez and Rodriguez’s breakup.
Per the rules of the game, Lopez could only refuse to answer one question. Instead of passing on this one, she had a simple response to questions about her relationships.
“You know, I really have nothing to say about my personal life anymore,” she said with a laugh. “I feel like it’s… I’m done with that.”
Her response was met with applause, prompting Lopez to shout, “Yes! Support, support.”
In January 2021, LeCroy was accused of sleeping with an “ex-MLB player” by fellow Southern Charm cast mate Craig Conover. It was alleged that she flew to Miami to meet the player, who Conover also said was “married.”
LeCroy denied the claims, saying, “He contacted me and, yes, we DM’d, but other than that, there was nothing,” adding, “I’ve never physically seen him, touched him.”
“I am not a f—ing liar, and I will stand up for that,” she said. “I’m sorry, I’m not lying.”
At the time, a source who close to Rodriguez told PEOPLE: “It’s a B.S. story. Alex has never met her.”
Lopez and Rodriguez, who started dating in 2017 and were engaged at the time, split in March 2021.
The actress, most recently on the big screen in Kiss of the Spider Woman, was also asked to name her favorite on-screen kiss while playing “Plead the Fifth.”

“I’m gonna say my favorite … I just did a movie with Brett Goldstein and I’d say he was the best kisser,” Lopez shared, referring to her costar in the upcoming rom-com Office Romance.
While she’s over questions about her love life, Lopez did respond to one on whether she was interested in going on the celebrity dating app Raya while chatting with Howard Stern on his Sirius XM radio Wednesday, Oct. 15.
“No, I don’t want that,” she said when asked if she’d consider signing up on the app. “I don’t know. I’m just old-fashioned, I guess.”
