Jennifer Lopez’s ex-husband Ojani Noa claims actress cheated during their marriage

Jennifer Lopez’s first ex-husband, Ojani Noa, claimed the actress cheated on him during their marriage after she said she had never “truly been loved” by any of her exes.

“Let me just say, stop putting us down. Stop putting me down with your victim card,” the personal trainer, who was married to Lopez from 1997 to 1998, wrote on Instagram Friday.

“The problem [is] not us. Not me. The problem [is] you,” Noa claimed.

“You [are] the one who couldn’t keep it in your pants. You have been ‘loved’ a few times. You have been married 4 times. And have had countless relationships in between. You have had good relationships.. Me for example.”

The producer, 51, then shared that he was in love with the “Selena” actress, even moving out of state and leaving his job and relatives to support her Hollywood career.

“I’m an amazing, loving person, great human being. Honest, faithful to you, never lied, never [misbehaved], never cheated on you,” he wrote.

“I was good to you. I’m too good of a [man] for you,” Noa continued.

The actor claimed Lopez “chose fame and fortune” over their union and he attempted to keep their marriage together after the “On The Floor” singer allegedly lied and cheated on him.

“That’s why I left you, that’s why I divorced you. Tell the truth for once. Let people know that you are the problem. You should be embarrassed, ashamed of [yourself],” Noa concluded.

Page Six has reached out to Lopez’s rep for comment but did not immediately hear back.

Noa’s comments come days after Lopez, 56, claimed in an interview with Howard Stern that she hadn’t felt loved by any of her exes.

“What I learned, I learned that it’s not that I’m not lovable, it’s that they’re not capable. … They don’t have it in them,” she shared.

“They need to appreciate the little person inside of them. They need to love them.”

The “Waiting For Tonight” songstress said her exes gave her “what they had.”

“They gave me all of it, every time — all the rings, all the things I could ever want, right? Tried to give me the houses, the rings, the marriage — all of it,” she explained.

When Stern, 71, said the men “didn’t love” Lopez, she replied, “They didn’t.”

In October 2024, Noa blamed the demise of his marriage on Lopez’s ex Sean “Diddy” Combs, whom the “Hustlers” star dated from 1999 to 2001.

“Part of that divorce was Diddy’s fault,” he claimed during an appearance on “Despierta America.”

“When Sony came and paid her the millions she got, there was Puffy [Combs], who was going to be one of the producers of several tracks on the first album ‘On The 6,’” Noa told the outlet in Spanish.

“That’s where the deception, the lies, the separation started.”

Noa said he was opening a restaurant in LA while Lopez was “between Miami and New York working on the album.”

“When I could, I would go to be with her. There, in that distance, in that separation, was where the deception started,” Noa added.

The “Enough” actress was also married three other times: to dancer Cris Judd from 2001 to 2003; to singer Marc Anthony from 2004 to 2014; and to actor Ben Affleck from 2022 to 2025.

Lopez and the “Vivir Mi Vida” crooner, 57, share 17-year-old twins Emme and Max.
