Jesus Guerrero, celebrity hairstylist who worked with Kylie Jenner and Jennifer Lopez, dead at 34

Jesus Guerrero, a beloved celebrity hairstylist who has worked with Kylie Jenner and Jennifer Lopez, has died “unexpectedly.” He was 34.
“It is with a heavy heart that we let the world know that Jesus Guerrero has gone to heaven,” the beautician’s sister Gris Guerrero announced via a GoFundMe page on Saturday.
“He is a son, a brother, an uncle, an artist, a friend, and so much more … Unfortunately, his passing came very suddenly and unexpectedly.”
Gris shared several photos of Jesus and explained their family was raising money to transport his body from Los Angeles to his home state of Texas.
Jesus’ cause of death has yet to be revealed.
His family, however, took to his Instagram Stories Sunday to share that they’ve “fallen into tears repeatedly reminiscing and wondering what [they] could of [sic] done different [sic] to still have him with [them].”
Reps for Lopez, 55, and Jenner, 27, weren’t immediately available to Page Six for comment.
The hairdresser was mourned via Instagram, including by the Kardashian-Jenner clan’s longtime hairstylist Jen Atkin.
“Our hearts will never be the same. Such a loving light and talent we lost too soon,” Atkin wrote via her Stories, alongside a photo of Jesus.
“Jesus gave his all to everything he did and he left such an impact on all that knew him. He showed up 10 years ago from Texas with all of this insane talent and warmth and an unforgettable SMILE,” she added.
“He was the first to come and bear hug you, play with your hair, and ask how you’re doing. Once you met him, all you could do is root for him and hope for the best for him.”
Atkin explained that she was trying “to make sense” of his death.
The Jenners’ makeup artist Ariel Tejada also paid tribute to Jesus, alongside a photo of himself hugging the late hairstylist.
“2•22, one of Gods most Beautiful Angels has just opened his wings and flew to join him in heaven, and watch over me,” Tejada captioned the post.
“Last night I experienced the most painful, breath taking pain I have ever felt when I found out you left us @jesushair.”
Tejada described Jesus as his “chosen family,” saying he was “unsure” how to continue without his “anchor” and “rock.”
