Katy Perry wears full Thanksgiving meal on her beret

Katy Perry brought her signature quirky style to the Thanksgiving table this year.

Or, rather, she harnessed her playful fashion sense to embody the actual Thanksgiving table, which was perched atop her head in miniature.

The “Bon Appétit” singer posted a short video to her Instagram feed on Thursday night, showing off a bright blue beret complete with a Thanksgiving dinner on the flat round topper, including place settings for four.

“Hatty Thanksgiving,” Parry quipped, as the camera panned from the top of her head to her face.

Included in the dinner spread was a pumpkin pie, green beans, bread, wine and — of course — a trussed turkey at the center of it all.

“Bon appétit,” commented many a follower, with a nod towards the classic Parisian accessory and the delightfully named single off of Perry’s 2017 “Witness” album.

Though a beret is typically a French style, Perry made sure to properly Americanize the look, adding several elements of the most USA-centric holiday meal of all.

Accompanying the festive hat, Perry wore a dark green sweater that was layered on top of a thin black turtleneck. Her hair hung in loose waves, cascading down from the beret.

Though it’s unclear who originated the playful design, the beret is the same style worn by the new head of editorial content at Vogue, Chloe Malle, back in 2022. Her mother, actress Candice Bergen, shared a photo of it on Instagram three years ago.

Perry and boyfriend Justin Trudeau made their first public appearance as a couple just over a week ago. However, it was unclear whether or not the former Canadian Prime Minister joined the singer during the American holiday festivities.

Although Trudeau and his wife, Sophie Grégoire Trudeau, separated in 2023, last month, she shared photos from Canadian Thanksgiving with her entire family, including her ex, despite rumors of his romantic link to the American pop star.
