Kelley Wolf has left rehab just two days after checking in — and is now staying at a hotel.

The estranged wife of Scott Wolf confirmed the news during a lengthy call with Page Six on Tuesday.

The update comes after People first reported that she entered treatment over the weekend as a result of her domestic violence arrest.

Kelley, 48, was arrested on Aug. 26 and charged with harassment via electronic communication and electronic disclosure of personal identifying information.

She spent two days at the Summit County Jail in Park City, Utah, before being released under the conditions that she would “participate in inpatient or outpatient medical, behavior, psychological, or psychiatric treatment,” according to docs obtained by People at the time.

Scott, 57, also filed for a second restraining order against Kelley after allegedly receiving “multiple text messages” from her amid their contentious divorce proceedings.

According to the docs, the “Party of Five” star also alleged that he received an influx of text messages from strangers after Kelley allegedly shared his personal phone number with her Instagram followers.

Kelley was barred from contacting the actor and their three kids — Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11 — via a judge-issued protective order granted on Aug. 28.

The documents obtained by the outlet read that Kelley was also prohibited from committing or attempting to “commit any form of violence” against her estranged husband or children, and had to stay 300 feet away from them.

The terms of the conditions included “stalking, harassing, threatening, physically hurting, or causing any other form of abuse that could cause bodily injury.”

Kelley later appeared in front of a Utah judge on Sept. 2 and pledged to check herself into rehab and “be there for a month.”

“I’m looking forward to it,” she said. “My brother is taking me. It’s fantastic. It’s a great place. I recommended it all the time as a mental health professional myself.”

The life coach was also ordered not to consume “any alcohol or narcotic drug or other controlled substance unless prescribed by a licensed medical practitioner” or to reach out to witnesses involved in the case.

Scott and Kelley got married in 2004, and Scott filed for divorce in June.

The “Everwood” star and Kelley have since been entangled in a nasty separation battle with Scott initially filing a restraining order against the latter in July before dismissing the request.

Kelley, however, has been subjected to several behavioral health involuntary holds and has allegedly not visited with her three kids for months.
