Kelley Wolf has returned to social media following her hospitalization.

Kelley, 48, was first detained and handcuffed by sheriffs in Utah County, Utah on Friday, June 13. That same day, she was taken to a local hospital.

On Wednesday, June 18, Kelley returned to Instagram, posting a photo that appeared to include a hospital bracelet and a series of Instagram Stories.

“Hi” was placed atop the photo, which was also added as a formal post to her profile. “God bless 🇺🇸,” the post’s caption read.

She then added a photo of Deer Creek State Park in Utah, sharing how much she loves the campsite. She also posted a selfie from a car, and wrote, “Be Kind Please It’s ‘men’s’ mental health month….Or wait…. Juneteenth?! Soon? Hmmmmm 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸.”

Kelley then added a photo of the interior of a car, accompanied by Taylor Swift’s “Who’s Afraid of Little Old Me?”

“The Queen!! I love everything ©taylorswift Does! My idol!” the text read atop of the Instagram Story. “@rachelsmithtv @bravoandcocktails ©theovon I miss my boy Theo too?! Wanna talk soon bro?” She then added a couple of clips of Theo Von.

She also added a photo of her orange purse that sat atop a bar. The purse featured yellow painted text that read “Shut the f— up.”

She continued to add photos of her surroundings, including a chess board and Bell Hooks’ All About Love: New Visions. “Be nice,” the text overlay read. Kelley then shared several videos and photos from other accounts, including Sundance Resort, Shed Media, Park City government, Londolozi Game Reserve, Ellen Pompeo, Julia Roberts, Chris Pratt, a photo of Kevin Costner and Luke Grimes in Yellowstone, and several more posts.

At the time of publication, her last Instagram Story included a selfie alongside her father. “Just LOVE. It’s…. EASY… And MY DAD! Is THE GOAT. Thanks daddy…?, ” she wrote.

Kelley’s Instagram stories follow the Tuesday, June 10, announcement that she and her husband, Party of Five star Scott Wolf, split after 21 years of marriage.

Three days later, an unknown caller (whose name was also redacted) made a 911 call from Scott and Kelley’s home in Park City, Utah. The caller reported to authorities that there was a “family fight,” in audio previously obtained by PEOPLE.

On the recording, a dispatcher can be heard saying, “It looks like the trespass was removed from that the other day, after the last time law enforcement was out there.” Police did not confirm who they were referring to on the call.

That same day, Kelley’s friend called 911 about her “escalating mental health crisis.” The friend described Kelley as “very skittish” and “very anti getting help.” She noted that she thought “a team needs to go and insist that [Kelley] get help.”

“I do not think she will cooperate,” the friend added. “I mean we’ve been trying to get her to get some help for weeks to months.”

The friend went on to describe an alleged incident to the 911 dispatcher, which involved Kelley at the Sundance Resort, saying, “She created a disturbance in the restaurant.” She added that Kelley “threw herself on the ground” before security got involved. The caller was informed that a “team of deputies” had been dispatched to the hotel.

Kelley was then detained and admitted to a local hospital, authorities confirmed in a statement to PEOPLE. Kelley also uploaded a video to her Instagram profile capturing the moment that police officers arrived to take her to the hospital.

“This is shameful, gentlemen,” Kelley told the officers. One of the officers then told her she’s “not going to jail” and that they are going to get her “some help,” and she responded, “I know what I’m doing, I’ve done this. This is my job.”

Kelley later shared a photo on her Instagram Stories shortly after her Instagram Live, which showed her belongings in what appeared to be a hospital room. “I have been taken against my will. Please check on my kids,” she wrote in block text across the post. “Also… I am happy!! Happier than I have ever been.”
