Kelley Wolf is spending time with friends after her estranged husband, Scott Wolf, was granted temporary custody of their children.

On Thursday, June 26, Kelley’s friend Josef Kirk Myers posted a short video of him eating at a restaurant with the author on his Instagram Stories, which was reposted by the public speaker.

In the clip, Kelley, who is dressed casually in a sherpa-lined denim and orange top, is asked by Josef, “Wait, Kelley, are you sane? Are you crazy?”

“I mean, like a fox,” Kelley, 48, replies with a smile.

The outing comes as Scott was awarded temporary sole physical and legal custody of his three kids — sons Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and daughter Lucy, 11.

The court documents obtained by PEOPLE indicate that Kelley’s custody or parent-time was temporarily suspended until a private guardian ad litem can meet with the children and provide feedback to the court.

Scott was also awarded a temporary restraining order against Kelley. The documents claim that Kelley has “engaged in an escalating pattern of behavior that poses a substantial threat of immediate and irreparable harm to the parties’ minor children.”

Scott — who announced his split from Kelley earlier this month — was awarded sole and exclusive use of their family home while Kelley is “restrained from posting anything on social media regarding the parties’ divorce action, the parties’ minor children or pertaining to Scott.” A failure to comply may be punishable by a fine or jail time.

On June 25, Kelley confirmed to PEOPLE she was served with the restraining order. A hearing on this matter is scheduled for July 1.

The restraining order came nearly two weeks after Kelley was detained by authorities and taken to a hospital.

On June 13, an unnamed female friend called 911 about Kelley’s “escalating mental health crisis,” and she was then detained and taken to a local hospital by sheriffs in Utah County, Utah.

“Upon speaking with the female, our Deputies learned that she had made concerning comments to a family member, and she also made similar comments to our Deputies,” authorities told PEOPLE in a statement. “For that reason, our Deputies transported the female to a local hospital.”

Kelley later shared a photo on her Instagram Stories, which showed her belongings in what appeared to be a hospital room. “I have been taken against my will. Please check on my kids,” she wrote in block text across the post. “Also… I am happy!! Happier than I have ever been.”

On June 23, Kelley shared an update in a lengthy Instagram post, writing, “I’m fine, y’all. I’m happy.”

“No mental illness. No addictions,” she shared in part. “Just a woman who SURVIVED an involuntary 5150.”

She added her humor is “intact” after the 5150 hold, which is “a critical intervention used to detain individuals who are considered a danger to themselves or others or are gravely disabled due to a mental disorder,” according to the National Alliance on Mental Illness.
