“Real Housewives of Orange County” alum Kelly Dodd is speaking out in Meghan King’s defense.

The 50-year-old took to TikTok on Thursday to defend her former co-star after the latter lost custody of her kids to her ex Jim Edmonds.

“I just got off the phone with Meghan King Edmonds, and, she said that she gave one of her other twins Hayes some Ritalin [used to treat ADHD] and it made her a ‘dangerous mother,’” Dodd alleged in her video, which was shot from her kitchen.

King shares daughter, Aspen, 8, and twins, Hart and Hayes, 7, with Edmonds.

While Dodd and King have “had a lot of differences and a lot of fights” over the years, she “know[s] for a fact [King is] a good mother.”

Dodd explained, “She stayed at my house … when she got her boobs and nose done — and I can tell you: she loves those babies, she loves those kids.”

She went on to call King, 41, an “excellent” parent before adding that she prays her fellow Bravolebrity “gets her babies back.”

Dodd then urged her fans to pray for King and her family, adding, “Those boys and that daughter need their mom, they need their mother. It’s terrible what’s going on right now — all we can do is pray for Meghan.”

Page Six has reached out to King’s reps for comment, but did not receive any at the time of publication.

On Wednesday, a source told Us Weekly that King lost custody of her three children and was granted supervised visitation following an investigation from Child Protective Services.

The insider noted the arrangement is temporary, with a hearing in December to determine whether it will become permanent.

The investigation was allegedly prompted when a school employee filed a report with CPS about King.

King and Edmonds, 55, welcomed their three children throughout their five-year marriage.

The former couple got married in 2014, but they ultimately split in 2019 after the former MLB star was caught sending lewd messages to another woman.

Following their divorce, the two agreed to share custody of their children.

However, things soured in May when Jim’s now-wife, Kortnie Edmonds, called the cops to complain that King had trespassed on their property after they had made arrangements to drop off her stepdaughter’s dress.

According to a police report obtained by PageSix, “Meghan refused to hand Kortnie the dress and ‘pulled away and asked to speak to’ [her daughter].”

After being told that Jim and Aspen were at a baseball game, King allegedly yelled for her daughter from inside the house.

Although the former Bravolebrity eventually left the home, she was later confronted by Frontenac Police.

However, no charges were pressed against King, with her rep claiming that the situation had been “mischaracterized.”

“Meghan briefly called to her daughter from the doorway, never stepped inside, had the door slammed in her face, and calmly left her belongings on the porch. Upon leaving, she was unexpectedly blocked by multiple police vehicles and treated in a way that felt unnecessarily hostile,” the rep said.

Body cam footage later surfaced in September, where King could be heard telling authorities that her ex is “incredibly emotionally abusive.”
