Kelly Osbourne shows off new lily rib tattoo

Kelly Osbourne has added to her collection of ink.

The 41-year-old took to social media to show off her new tattoo, a colorful addition next to an existing design.

The reality TV star posted a photo, tagging tattoo artist Luigi Carbone as he inked an orange lily on her ribs.

It was drawn next to an existing design in the shape of Peter Pan with the word “boy.”

Osbourne offered no explanation of any possible symbolism surrounding the flower, but it could be a tribute to her father, Ozzy Osbourne.

Her paternal grandmother’s name was Lilian, so the flower could very well be in her honor. The Osbourne family also had a rescue dog named Lily.

The Black Sabbath lead singer died in July 2025 and Kelly has hit back at haters who criticized her weight loss while dealing with her grief.

What’s more, she’s reportedly split from fiancé Sid Wilson, who is also the father of their 3-year-old son Sidney.

They were last pictured together at the Grammy Awards in February.

Meanwhile, Osbourne has tons of other ink, including the word “Stories…” tattooed on her skull.
