Kelly Rowland is one proud mom.

On the Thursday, Jan. 30 episode of The Jennifer Hudson Show, the “Motivation” singer, 43, shared an update on her two boys, Titan, 10, and Noah, 4. She told host Jennifer Hudson, 43, that Noah is getting into everything, while Titan’s “heart is in basketball.” The boy mom revealed that she may even get a little too passionate during his games.

“I had to pull back from some of the games,” Rowland admitted when Hudson asked her if she loved going to the games. “I’m the spirited mom.”

“My husband’s like, ‘You know, you should stay home this game. This team … I don’t know what’s going [to happen]’, and I’m like, ‘Word?’ ” she said. “It’s really great though because it’s teaching him sportsmanship.”

Rowland tied the knot with fellow entertainment industry professional Tim Weatherspoon in 2014, after knowing each other for over a decade. The pair welcomed their son Titan later that year in November, before adding Noah to the family in 2021. Appearing on the cover of Kindred By PARENTS digital issue in October 2023, the singer opened up about the importance of the values she’s instilling in her two sons.

“I just want to get this right. I want to really be a part of bringing some really amazing young men forth into the world. That was my only prayer,” she told the outlet. “I don’t know why I’m emotional, but my only prayer was to have really great young Black men in this world who were sure of themselves and didn’t have to be told who they were.”

The actress also shared how important it is to her to enjoy all the moments with her sons.

“If we’re gonna grow our kids, like, let’s be lost in their interests and the things that bring them joy. Let’s have joy with them about it,” she said.

“I’ll sit out here and watch him do basketball or do whatever it is that he loves so much because I want him to know that I see it. It’s wonderful,” she continued. “It’s worth celebrating. You’re worth celebrating. Your try is worth celebrating. I love all that is you.”
