Kevin James and Jelly Roll are twinning!
The King of Queens actor, 60, kicked off the summer by surprising Jelly Roll fans at the Buckeye Country Superfest in Ohio on Saturday, June 21.
During his set, the singer, 40, brought James out to perform his single “Need a Favor.” The two dressed alike, wearing matching black looks.
James, who danced around the stage for the duration of the song, wore black plants, a black short-sleeved T-shirt with a black vest over it and a backwards black baseball cap.
At a glance, the only difference between him and Jelly Roll was that the singer wore platinum chains around his neck and has tattoos on his arms.
A TikTok user published a video of the hilarious scene.
“Love the twinning couldn’t be more perfect,” one person commented. Another wrote, “But like Kevin James is Jelly Roll if all of his tattoos are removed.”
The comedian, who seemingly had a great time role-playing as the twin of the country star, is known to make fans happy on the internet.
During a January 2024 appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, James shared the story behind his viral King of Queens meme after Fallon, 50, showed the photo during the episode.
“When you first get a sitcom, you just listen to anybody. You’re just so happy to be there,” James said of starring on the show, which ran from 1998 to 2007.
“The photographer, he was just telling me to do goofy things,” he continued, referring to his pose with a smirk and shrugged shoulders with his hands in his pocket. “He was like, ‘Smile. Now like you’re sexy, now like you’re shy, but now you’re kind of …’ and I got into this position where I’m like, ‘What the hell am I doing?’ ”

James, who recreated the pose with Fallon, insisted he knew the pose was awkward the moment the camera flashed, but was promised the picture wouldn’t be seen anywhere.
James added, “25 years later, the thing pops up.”
The matching shrug pose wasn’t the last of James and Fallon’s silly shenanigans during the show.
Fallon and the Paul Blart: Mall Cop actor also hit the stage for a performance of the “Groundhog Day Song.” Like his Ohio concert with Jelly Roll, James also used the opportunity to coordinate his outfit with the late night talk show host.
Each wore parkas lined with fur around the hoods and trapper hats during the skit.
James has a stand-up tour scheduled this fall, with tickets now on sale. Meanwhile, Jelly Roll is touring the U.S. this summer and fall. He released his latest album, Beautifully Broken, in October 2024.
