Kim Kardashian reveals ‘someone extremely close’ to her ‘put a hit out’ on her life in bombshell first look at ‘Kardashians’ Season 7
A tearful Kim Kardashian reveals that her life was in danger in the new “Kardashians” trailer.
“I got a call from investigators. Someone extremely close to me put a hit out on my life,” the reality star, 44, shared in the Season 7 sneak peek of her Hulu show, released Wednesday.
The identity of the individual who allegedly made the call to have Kardashian killed is not revealed.
However, her ex-husband Kanye West previously claimed via Instagram, “YESTERDAY KIM ACCUSED ME OF PUTTING A HIT OUT ON HER.”
Page Six has reached out to Kardashian’s rep for comment, but did not immediately hear back.
In the teaser clip, the Skims founder — who shares four young children with West — starts crying as she sits in an office reading information on a laptop.
There is also footage of police officers pulling up as she cries and says, “I am terrified out of my mind.”
The situation appeared to have gotten resolved, however, as she later adds in a confessional interview while holding back more tears, “I’m happy it’s over.”
The season will likely shed more light on the situation, but for now, it’s unclear if West made the threats. It’s also unknown if the alleged threats were reported on prior to and ahead of filming.
In 2024, TMZ reported that the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” alum requested a restraining order against an alleged stalker named Melvin Jeffery Conley, who tried to make contact with her at her home.
In the Season 7 trailer, the rest of the Kardashian family appears shaken by what happened to Kim.
Kendall Jenner — who has had her own issues with stalkers in the past — is overheard saying in the clip, “Everybody’s kind of on edge.”
Kylie Jenner then starts opening up about an incident she experienced, telling her mom, Kris Jenner, and Scott Disick, “I heard footsteps walking into my room.”
In March, TMZ reported that a robbery suspect had been arrested outside the cosmetics mogul’s office building in Los Angeles.
Kim, for her part, is no stranger to having scary run-ins with criminals. She was robbed at gunpoint at a hotel in Paris in 2016, and it was just in May that the men involved were brought to justice.
Also in the Season 7 trailer, she attends the hearing blinged out in diamonds and tells Kris, “I want to be who I want to be.”
The new season of “The Kardashians” premieres Oct. 23 on Hulu.
