Kim Kardashian is no longer a prisoner to her Paris robbers.

Thursday’s episode of “The Kardashians” on Hulu revolved around this past spring’s trial, where Kardashian testified against the robbers who allegedly stole $10 million worth of her jewelry while in Paris in 2016.

Kardashian, Kris Jenner, and Kardashian’s childhood friend, Simone Harouche, recalled the horrific event, adding details like Kardashian telling them that they would jump out the window if the robbers returned. “Kim immediately went into… where is the exit?” shared Harouche.

Kardashian chose a vintage black John Galliano blazer dress with bold shoulders and a slit down the back. She was photographed wearing black slingback heels and black sunglasses, with her hair pulled back into a bun, as she entered the courtroom.

However, she made a conscious decision to pile on the diamonds for the trial — on her wrists, around her neck, dripping down her ears, and — of course — on her fingers.

“You know I love you … and I love everyone in this room … but do you really think we should walk in there with all the diamonds on? Should we rethink this?” Jenner asks, seeing Kardashian’s bedecked look.

“No,” Kardashian calmly replied. “They’re not going to take my power. I want to be who I want to be.” She continued, “I feel like they took that away from me for so long.”

The Skims creator chose a Samer Halimeh New York diamond necklace worth $3 million, a Briony Raymond ear cuff, a selection of Repossi diamond jewelry and a 22-carat diamond ring from Lorraine Schwartz. The ring was purchased with the insurance money she received following the robbery.

In a confessional, Kardashian explained, “For years, I didn’t wear diamonds. And I couldn’t even have fathomed wearing them … But, like, again? On the final straw, you’re still telling me what I’m not allowed to do because of what these people have done and so it wouldn’t be appropriate to wear jewelry?”

Back in the hotel room, a full debate ensues. Though Jenner cites an email from their lawyers urging them to “tone it down,” Kardashian’s glam team fully supports her wearing whatever makes her feel most powerful.

“I was being myself and you tried to literally rob me of that,” Kardashian says, hypothetically addressing those on trial. “And now, they’re taking away my experience to wear whatever I want to wear … out of respect for them? … Or so it will look a certain way? That’s kind of where I draw the line here. I want to taunt the f—ck out of these losers.”
