Kim Zolciak’s 15-year-old son KJ Biermann arrested for sodomy and sexual battery
Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s 15-year-old son, KJ, has been arrested for aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery, Page Six can confirm.
A female classmate has accused the teen of assaulting her in a gym changing area on April 23.
The alleged victim claimed that, while in a co-ed sauna, KJ allegedly forced himself on her despite her saying no, with the “Don’t Be Tardy” alum allegedly digitally penetrated her vagina.
Additionally, she accused KJ of forcing oral sex — and claimed he “tried multiple times to have sexual intercourse with her by trying to pull down her pants.”
He was taken into custody on Monday and is being held without bond.
TMZ was the first to report the news Friday.
Zolciak’s rep and KJ’s lawyer did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
