Lenny Hochstein re-proposes to Katharina Mazepa 4 months after ending first engagement

Second time’s the charm.

Dr. Lenny Hochstein re-proposed to Katharina Mazepa four months after the pair ended their first engagement.

“Sometimes life gives you a second chance and you realize what truly matters,” Hochstein, 58, announced via Instagram Wednesday alongside two photos of the at-home proposal.

“After everything we’ve been through, I knew I would never let her go again.”

The Miami-based plastic surgeon described the couple’s love as “worth fighting for” and “stronger than ever.”

He concluded by toasting to “a future [they’ll] build together ❤️💍” before tagging his new fiancée.

Mazepa, for her part, commented beneath the upload, “Love has a way of finding its way back to where it belongs ❤️🏴‍☠️♾️.”

Lenny told Page Six in a statement, “I am beyond grateful for this second chance at love with the woman of my dreams. Love has a way of finding its way back to where it belongs, and if I have learned anything, it is that Katharina belongs in my arms forever.”

He went on, “That is why this past weekend, in our home and in front of her best friends, I asked for her hand in marriage. We then continued to celebrate and dance all night here at the house with her loved ones.”

For the intimate evening, Hochstein paired a white dress shirt with black slacks, while Mazepa, 29, donned a black minidress adorned with delicate chains.

The first picture in his post captured the moment he got down on one knee, and the second showed the lovebirds leaning in for a kiss.

The duo sparked speculation that they had reconciled during Art Basel last weekend.

Three weeks prior, Hochstein’s divorce from “Real Housewives of Miami” star Lisa Hochstein — who has consistently alleged that he cheated on her with the Austrian model — was finalized.

He has always denied that Mazepa was his mistress.

Page Six exclusively revealed in September that she and Lenny had broken up a little more than one year after he first popped the question.

“I have decided to move forward with my life,” he told us at the time, insisting that he wished her “nothing but the best.”

The brunette beauty echoed the sentiments, telling us she and Hochstein “mutually decided to end [their] engagement last month” and that it was done “amicably.”

Lenny’s first proposal in July 2023 was far more elaborate than the second one, as he asked for Mazepa’s hand in marriage in Ibiza.

“On top of an ancient pirate cave, overlooking the sunset over breathtaking Es Vedrá, he asked to steal me away forever. 🏴‍☠️♾,” she captioned her Instagram announcement at the time.

Lenny filed for divorce from Lisa, 42 — with whom he shares son Logan, 9, and daughter Elle, 5 — in May 2022 after 12 years of marriage.
