Lindsay Lohan reunited with her The Parent Trap costars Lisa Ann Walter and Elaine Hendrix at the Los Angeles premiere of Freakier Friday.

Lohan, 39, walked the carpet at the El Capitan Theatre on Tuesday, July 22, in a pale pink chiffon custom Miu Miu gown dripping with subtle jewels, paired with her long blonde locks.

Walter, 61, posed for photos alongside her former costar in a chic two-piece black and white pinstripe suit. Hendrix, 54, wore a pale pink gown with silver floral beading details, paired with old-Hollywood style pin curls and a bold lip.

The trio starred in Disney’s 1998 remake of The Parent Trap, where Lohan played twins Hallie Parker and Annie James. They were separated when their parents, Nick Parker (Dennis Quaid) and Elizabeth James (Natasha Richardson), split shortly after their birth. After the twins’ chance meeting at summer camp, they try to reunite their parents.

Walter played Chessy, the beloved and brutally honest housekeeper of Nick’s fictional California winery and mansion. Hendrix played Meredith Blake, the opportunistic 26-year-old fiancée to Nick, who the twins humorously attempt to sabotage on a camping trip.

Hendrix and Walter do not have roles in Freakier Friday, but showed their support for Lohan and the sequel to Disney’s 2003 remake of Freaky Friday. The new film sees Lohan share the screen with Jamie Lee Curtis once again.

“Something that she [Curtis] said when we were doing the first Freaky Friday, she always told me ‘However you show up on set is how it’s gonna affect everyone’s day and the crew’s day and your other cast members,” Lohan tells PEOPLE exclusively of the advice that Curtis, 66, told her earlier in her career.

The actress adds, “That’s really important to me, to always bring a good energy to my sets and to lead with a good purpose.”

The original film followed a mother who worked as a therapist (Curtis) and her rebellious teen daughter (Lohan) switching bodies, leading to them learning to live in each other’s shoes through a series of hilarious mishaps. The sequel adds another generation to the mix, with Anna’s daughter played by Julia Butters.

Freakier Friday hits theaters on Aug. 8.
