“Love Is Blind” alum Jimmy Presnell showed off his shocking transformation nearly a year after he underwent a hair transplant.

On Tuesday, the former reality TV star took to Instagram to give his fans a look at him getting ready to pack for a trip to Los Angeles.

In the video, Presnell showed off his toned figure and new hairline, which has noticeably grown back in.

In July, the former Netflix star revealed in a TikTok video that he dished out $11,000 to get a hair transplant in Chicago in December 2024.

“I have mentioned I decided to stay in the states for my procedure, which, typically, is a little bit more expensive to do, but there’s a lot of things that come with that, and I’ll explain that as well,” he said at the time.

“I went to Solve Clinics in River North, Chicago. They charge roughly $5 a graft. I had a little over 2,000 grafts, I think 21 or 2,200. So roughly 10, 11 grand for the procedure,” Presnell added.

Since the surgery, the Atlas Hat Co. co-founder has documented his recovery process.

In August, he showed off a reel of his progress eight months after the procedure.

In the video, Presnell gave a look at himself at his pre-op appointment and the days after his transplant.

At one point, he held an ice pack to his face, which had bruising under his eyes due to the hairline surgery.

By five months, Presnell’s hair had appeared to grow back in thicker.

“Can’t even explain the level of confidence I’ve gotten back from this, still have a good 6/7 months for full results! VERY HAPPY where I’m at,” he captioned an Instagram post.

Presnell gained fame when he joined the cast of “Love Is Blind” Season 6, which premiered on the streaming platform in 2024.

In the pods, Presnell dated Chelsea Blackwell, who once told him she looked like actress Megan Fox.

The couple split before ever making it to the altar.
