Paul Mescal and Gracie Abrams are still going strong.
A source tells PEOPLE that the “true lovebirds” recently spent time together in New York City in late March and are prioritizing their relationship, despite sometimes being thousands of miles apart.
For example, Abrams, 25, recently performed in Singapore as part of her The Secret of Us tour, while Mescal, 29, was in Las Vegas promoting the upcoming Beatles biopics, in which he was announced to be playing Paul McCartney during CinemaCon 2025 last week.
Says the insider, “Last month, Gracie showed her support for Paul by attending a performance of A Streetcar Named Desire in Brooklyn.”
“Despite their busy schedules, the couple is making each other a priority, the source adds. “There’s no denying the strong chemistry between Paul and Gracie, true lovebirds.”

Abrams and Mescal were first romantically linked in June 2024, when they were spotted sharing a meal in London. The “That’s So True” singer and Irish actor were photographed walking and holding hands in London two months later. In one snapshot, Abrams jokingly bit Mescal’s finger.
A source confirmed to PEOPLE back in August 2024 that the pair were “hooking up,” but their relationship was “still [in the] early stages” at the time.
That November, an insider told PEOPLE that Mescal and Abrams are “the real deal.”
“They’re at the top of their game and always in communication,” the source said, adding that the couple were planning on taking a vacation together in the new year.

Over the last several months, Mescal and Abrams have shown up in support of each other’s careers. In October, the actor attended Abrams’ show at Radio City Music Hall in the Big Apple, where he was spotted dancing and singing along to her music. Then, in November, Abrams attended the Los Angeles premiere of her beau’s movie Gladiator II.
The couple was also spotted together after they both made their back-to-back Saturday Night Live debuts in December 2024, as seen in footage shared on TikTok that showed them exiting a car and holding hands as they headed into an N.Y.C. building.
In a cover-story interview with NYLON released in December, Abrams gave a rare comment about her relationship with Mescal when asked how she felt about navigating it while in the public eye.
“That has nothing to do with me,” she said at the time. “It doesn’t affect me.”
