Madonna Shows Off $100K Crocodile Leather Bag by Taylor Swift-Approved Brand: ‘One of One’

Madonna’s latest social media post is proving that she’s still a “Material Girl.”

On Thursday, June 12, the pop star, 66, showed off a fun look on her Instagram Stories.

In the image, Madonna looked stylish in a semi-sheer, blue polka-dotted blouse with a ruffled V-neck collar that contained a contrasting ivory trim. The blouse featured the same romantic ruffled detail around the cuff, draping lightly over her wrists.

The seven-time Grammy Award winner paired the blouse with blue denim jeans that featured contrasting patchwork details, and accessorized with thin red bracelets and bold black framed eyeglasses. She completed her ensemble with a high ticket item draped over her right arm: a black, $100,000 custom “one of one” Aupen bag in a crocodile leather, per Page Six.

New York City-based stylist and costume designer Rita Melssen coordinated the icon’s casual look.

Madonna cheekily captioned the image, “Today is in the bag @aupenofficial.”

The brand later reposted Madonna’s Instagram Stories snap with more details about her purse of choice.

“@madonna. One bag. One of one,” the brand wrote in a dedicated post to its Instagram feed on June 13. “Introducing the first piece from AUPEN’s Haute Maroquinerie program — a couture creation crafted in partnership with LVMH Métiers d’Art.”

Madonna is far from the only celebrity to have been spotted with purses by Aupen — Taylor Swift was notably spotted on a date with Travis Kelce in October 2023 wearing the brand’s Nirvana bag in black.

Lady Gaga, Olivia Rodrigo, Florence Pugh, Jenna Ortega, Kerry Washington, Gabrielle Union, Lucy Liu are among the few celebrities who have also been spotted with the Nirvana bag in various colorways.

While Madonna’s bag cost her six figures, Aupen’s non-custom bags typically retail between $340 and $420.

Madonna’s fashionable moments are aplenty. The “Like a Virgin” singer attended the 2025 Met Gala on May 5 to celebrate the opening of the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s “Superfine: Celebrating Black Style” exhibit.

For the “Tailored For You” theme, the “Papa Don’t Preach” singer wore an all white, wide leg satin suit by Tom Ford.

Underneath, she wore a white button-up blouse with a matching white bow tie. She accessorized the suit with a white flower pinned to the jacket’s lapel, along with sheer white polka-dot gloves, a cane and a cigar positioned in her mouth.
