Maralee Nichols shares rare photos with Tristan Thompson’s son Theo for first time in years

The fitness model resurfaced on Instagram Tuesday, posting new photos of herself and Tristan Thompson’s son, Theo, for the first time in years.

Nichols kept the 4-year-old’s face turned away from the camera — or covered with a cup — in the rare carousel.

“Weekend Adventures ⚡️,” she captioned the slideshow, which featured sweet snaps from a getaway in San Diego, Calif.

The mother-son duo looked at flamingos at the zoo, explored Verbatim Books, sat on the beach and more.

Nichols told her followers in comments that their vacation was “so peaceful” and “so much fun.”

Nichols last posted on the social media platform in September 2024 — and last gave a glimpse of Theo seven months prior.

“Happy,” she wrote alongside photos of the toddler picking fruit at the time.

Before that, Nichols documented the pair’s trip to a farm in August 2023.

Nichols gave birth to Theo in December 2021 while Thompson, 34, was in a relationship with on-again, off-again girlfriend Khloé Kardashian.

The NBA player subsequently got dumped by the reality star, with whom he was expecting son Tatum, now 3, via surrogate.

While Thompson initially denied he was the father of Nichols’ child, his paternity was confirmed in January 2022.

Nichols later gave rare insight into their time together, insisting via Instagram that their connection was “not a one-night stand.”

Thompson has been repeatedly blasted on social media for acknowledging his other three children — and even calling Rob Kardashian’s 9-year-old, Dream, his “daughter” — but never Theo.
