Mary Cosby speaks out after allegedly calling Lisa Barlow’s son the R-word amid ‘RHOSLC’ production

Mary Cosby reportedly posted — and deleted — that there are two sides to every story after allegedly calling Lisa Barlow’s 12-year-old son, Henry, the R-word.
“My Beautiful Son!❤️❤️,” the preacher, 51, captioned a photo of her son, Robert Cosby Jr., 20 — whom she shares with stepgrandfather-turned-husband Robert Cosby Sr. — shared via Instagram Monday.
The “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” star added the following hashtags: “#bravo #peacock #love #live #life #momlife #lifestyle #happiness #loveyou.”
However, according to Bravo fan account @queensofbravo, the reality star originally uploaded the post with a more pointed message, writing, “Two sides to every story!! My Beautiful Son.”
Mary’s post came shortly after Page Six published an exclusive report detailing her alleged use of the slur during a heated argument as “RHOSLC” continues to film Season 5.
One insider claimed that the jab was made during a “crazy fight” that occurred between the women earlier this month.

The source noted that Barlow’s castmates — including returning stars Heather Gay, Whitney Rose, Meredith Marks and Angie Katsanevas — were disturbed by Mary’s alleged attack on the preteen.
“The entire cast … was beyond grossed out” by Mary’s alleged use of the slur, the insider explained.
Meanwhile, a separate source said that the Vida Tequila founder, 49 — who shares Henry and older son Jack, 19, with husband John Barlow — was “very upset” with Mary for allegedly taking aim at her youngest child.
However, a third insider said that the ladies — who are currently filming a cast trip in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico — have since made up.
“They made amends over the situation and are moving on,” the insider shared.
The catalyst for Mary’s alleged verbal attack on Henry remains unknown. It is also unclear if the alleged incident or its aftermath will make it to air when “RHOSLC” resumes airing on Bravo.
Notably, Mary was part of the original “RHOSLC” cast when the series premiered in 2020. She held on to her snowflake for Season 2, but skipped out on Season 3.
She returned to the show in Season 4 as a “friend of” the cast, but the capacity for which she’s been filming Season 5 remains uncertain.
“The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” is available to stream on Peacock.
