Matt Kalil drags Pamela Anderson’s sex tape into court argument over Haley Baylee’s penis comments

Matt Kalil referenced Pamela Anderson’s sex tape in his invasion of privacy and unjust enrichment claims against his ex-wife, Haley Baylee.

In recent court papers obtained by Page Six, Kalil filed a motion in opposition of Baylee’s request to dismiss his lawsuit — which came after the influencer made comments about his large penis size.

In the lawsuit, the NFL star explained how the court has a history of “recognizing and protecting individual’s interests in protecting intimate private facts.”

“Time and time again, particularly when it comes to such private, intimate details as nudity and sex, courts like the Minnesota Supreme Court in Lake have protected the public revelation of such information,” the court docs read.

Kalil, 36, then used Anderson and Michaels’ legal dispute over their 1993 sex tape as an example.

He explained how Michaels and Anderson attempted to block an adult film distributor from releasing a sex tape.

“The court noted that ‘[s]exual relations are among the most personal and intimate of acts,’” he explained. “While [Anderson] appeared nude in magazines, movies and publicly distributed videotapes, she was a professional actor playing roles involving sex and sexual appeal. ‘The fact that she has performed a role involving sex does not, however, make her real sex life open to the public.’”

“Nor did the fact that [Anderson] had appeared in another publicly distributed sex tape with a different rock star sway the court, as it was not prepared to conclude that ‘the public exposure of one sexual encounter forever removes a person’s privacy interest in all subsequent and previous sexual encounters.’”

The court noticed Michaels had a “privacy interest in his own sex life.”

“Courts across jurisdictions recognize that there are some facts so intimate and personal that publicly disclosing them serves no public purpose, even when they pertain to individuals who may enjoy less protection of their personal lives due to being public figures,” he argued.

Baylee hit back in court papers filed on Wednesday, as she argued that his invasion of privacy claim “fails” because the speech is “constitutionally protected.”

Ryan Saba, an attorney for Kalil, told Page Six, “Haley Kalil disclosed private and intimate details about Matt Kalil that were of no legitimate public concern and subjected Matt Kalil and his family to widespread ridicule and unwanted attention. Haley Kalil shared these sensitive personal details about her ex-husband in an apparent quest to seek fortune and fame. Her actions were extreme, outrageous, beyond all possible bounds of decency, and have caused substantial harm to Matt Kalil, his family, and his business.”

“Haley Kalil’s motion to dismiss does not dispute the fact that she wantonly disclosed private and intimate details about Matt Kalil that resulted in widespread ridicule and unwanted attention. The motion completely misses the point that a spouse does not have a right to expose private and confidential marital and sexual details for the purpose of profiting. We expect that the motion will be completely denied.”

Reps for Kalil did not respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

The drama started when Baylee, 33, blamed her divorce from Kalil on his penis size in a November 2025 Twitch stream.

“We were trying to do the damn thing and [putting in work in their marriage],” she said.

“Deadass … for our whole marriage, deadass,” the model continued. “But I was going to try it all. We tried it all: therapist, doctors. Not even lying … Looked up lipo-type s–t … That’s why it’s kinda funny. It’s like my life is a comedy, and it kinda writes itself. That was the biggest factor.”

The model compared Kalil’s penis size to “two Coke cans stacked on top of each other, maybe even a third.”

She ended, “We’ve tried, impossible unless you’re going to be in tears.”

Kalil responded to his ex-wife’s claims by filing a lawsuit against her in January.

In the court filing obtained by Page Six, he claimed her “degrading and deeply personal comments” caused him “unwanted attention and invasive commentary from the public.”

“Defendant shared these sensitive personal details about Plaintiff as entertainment for viewers and for her own financial gain even though Plaintiff reasonably expected they would remain private,” the lawsuit read.

“Defendant’s choice to discuss such personal matters that were of no legitimate public concern was extreme, outrageous, and beyond all possible bounds of decency.”

He is requesting $75,000 after claiming to have suffered “severe emotional distress, humiliation, reputational damage and mental anguish.”

Baylee responded to his initial filing by requesting the lawsuit be dismissed.

“Plaintiff’s complaint seeks to hold a woman in the public eye civilly liable for providing a truthful, autobiographical account of sexual trauma she suffered and described as having led to the end of a highly publicized celebrity marriage with an NFL football star,” the court papers read.

Kalil and Baylee married in 2015 and divorced in 2022. He is now married to wife Keilani Asmus.
