Matt Kalil’s lawyer blasts ex-wife Haley Baylee for chasing ‘fortune and fame’ with indecent penis comments

Matt Kalil’s lawyer accused Haley Baylee of chasing “fortune and fame” with her comments about the athlete’s penis size.

“Hayley Kalil disclosed private and intimate details about Matt Kalil that were of no legitimate public concern and subjected Matt Kalil and his family to widespread ridicule and unwanted attention,” the former NFL star’s attorney, Ryan Saba, told Page Six in an exclusive statement Wednesday.

“Hayley Kalil shared these sensitive personal details about her ex-husband in an apparent quest to seek fortune and fame,” the lawyer added.

“Her actions were extreme, outrageous, beyond all possible bounds of decency, and have caused substantial harm to Matt Kalil, his family, and his business.”

Page Six has reached out to Baylee’s rep for comment but did not immediately hear back.

Kalil, 36, filed a lawsuit against his ex-wife Tuesday, claiming her “degrading and deeply personal comments” subjected him to “unwanted attention and invasive commentary from the public.”

In the court docs obtained by Page Six, the former NFL star claimed that the influencer’s remarks also affected his wife, Keilani Asmus.

Matt shared screenshots of the “disturbing” and “alarming” messages Asmus had received on social media due to Baylee’s comments.

Some of those remarks were from fans who had invasive questions about the model’s sex life with Kalil.

The former Minnesota Vikings star is seeking $75,000 in damages.

In response to the lawsuit, Baylee, 33, told Page Six in a statement that she was “shocked” and “incredibly hurt.”

“Litigation is a harrowing and emotionally draining experience, and I am heartbroken that he is choosing to subject us and our families to this ordeal,” she added.

In a November 2025 Twitch stream, Baylee revealed that Kalil’s manhood size was “the biggest factor” in their 2022 divorce.

Not only did the former beauty pageant titleholder claim Kaili’s penis size is “like .01 percent of the population,” but she also compared it to two to three “Coke cans stacked on top of each other.”

Kalil and Baylee were married from 2015 to 2022.

The former offensive tackle wed Asmus in April 2024 and they welcomed a son later that year.
