Media elite, Paige DeSorbo cameos in ‘Devil Wears Prada 2’

We hear some real-life media players are joining Meryl Streep’s fictional editorial powerhouse, Miranda Priestly, in “The Devil Wears Prada 2.”

Spies said that former New Yorker and Vanity Fair editor Tina Brown, “Pivot” co-host Kara Swisher and MSNBC political analyst Molly Jong-Fast were spotted filming the highly anticipated sequel with Streep and Anne Hathaway.

Also on the set, we hear, was former “The Late Show With Stephen Colbert” bandleader Jon Batiste.

Former “Summer House” star Paige DeSorbo was seen filming the movie in NYC on Monday, after the reality star and podcaster said in June that she was exiting the Bravo series.

Pics from the upcoming film’s set showed DeSorbo in a fluffy pink frock. (People first reported she was making an appearance.)

There’s even been fan speculation that Sydney Sweeney also makes a cameo in the movie.

And while stars including Leonardo DiCaprio, Dua Lipa, Kate Hudson, Dakota Johnson, Liam Hemsworth, Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell have all been vacationing in Ibiza, “The Devil Wears Prada 2” stars have been spotted at hotspots around Manhattan.

Brown and Jong-Fast were both seen dining at the starry San Vicente West Village last week, along with “The Devil Wears Prada 2” co-star Kenneth Branagh, all at separate tables.

We hear that Lena Dunham, who’s also in town shooting her new Netflix project “Good Sex,” starring Natalie Portman, was also at the private club dining with her parents.

Last month before cameras even started rolling, Page Six reported that signs for a movie, called “Cerulean,” were popping up in New York, but sources reckoned the name was actually code for the “Devil Wears Prada” sequel to throw off the paparazzi and fans.

“Cerulean,” of course, was the obscure color used in a famed monologue given by Streep’s fashion editor character about the fashion industry in the first film.

Priestly tells Runway magazine employee Andy Sachs, played by Hathaway, that her “sweater is not just blue, it’s not turquoise, it’s not lapis: it’s actually cerulean.”
