NEED TO KNOW
- Melanie “Mel B” Brown and Rory McPhee had a second wedding in Morocco
- The destination ceremony took place about one month after the couple tied the knot in London
- For her second celebration, Mel B dazzled in a sparkling red wedding dress
Melanie “Mel B” Brown was a vision in red at her destination wedding.
The Spice Girl, 50, kept things extra spicy at her second wedding to Rory McPhee by wearing a sultry, sparkling red Justin Alexander dress. McPhee, 37, meanwhile, opted for a classic white and black ensemble.
The couple tied the knot again in a ceremony at Selman Marrakech in Morocco. They announced the exciting news through a joint Instagram post on Sunday, Aug. 3.
“We got married!!! Again!” Mel B and McPhee wrote alongside an image in which they could be seen dancing down what appeared to be the aisle at their wedding.
“A wedding so good we keep the celebration going with our closest and dearest in our fav place at @selmanmarrakech ❤️❤️❤️ we had the time of our lives!!” they continued.
In early July, Mel B told The Sun that her second wedding would be “more informal, sexy and beautiful.”
About a month ago, on July 5, Mel B married her hairstylist husband at St. Paul’s Cathedral in London, England.
After they said “I do,” they partied at the Shangri-La Hotel inside The Shard, the tallest building in London.
For her first walk down the aisle, Mel B wore a custom ivory gown designed by Josephine Scott.
“Mel was a dream to work with, bringing her own sense of style to the occasion,” Caroline Black, owner of Evelie Bridal Boutiques in London, who helped the singer select her wedding look, told PEOPLE at the time.
The strapless corset gown had a sheer illusion jacket embellished with pearls and was paired with a cathedral veil.
Scott told Hello! Magazine that the gown was made to capture the America’s Got Talent judge’s “fearless spirit and softness all in one look.”
“She’s iconic, powerful and radiant — and this dress had to be worthy of that,” she explained. “Every detail was chosen to honor her strength and sensuality, while celebrating the woman and the love story beneath the girl power.”

Meanwhile, McPhee referenced his Scottish heritage by wearing a kilt in McPhee tartan.
During her appearance on Today with Hoda & Jenna in January 2024, Mel B teased that she would wear more than one wedding dress, telling hosts Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager, “I don’t think it would be fair to just have one. Just have as many as you want.”
“I’m going to really go for it,” she continued. “One to actually get married in, which is the proper ceremony — very proper at this church, St. Paul’s.”
