Michael Madsen, ‘Kill Bill’ and ‘Reservoir Dogs’ actor, dead at 67

Michael Madsen has died. He was 67.
The actor — known for his roles in Quentin Tarantino’s “Kill Bill: Vol. 2” and “Reservoir Dogs” — died Thursday morning after going into cardiac arrest, according to his manager, Ron Smith.
The last time he was photographed publicly was April.
