Mikey Madison’s ‘glossy’ Oscars hair was thanks to the Mane Hot Round Brush

The glam squad’s not-so-secret weapon.

Mikey Madison channeled old Hollywood glam at the 2026 Oscars last night, wearing a deep red Dior dress accessorized with Tiffany & Co. jewelry.

The “Anora” star’s hair complemented the elegant look, and her hairstylist, Rena Calhou, told us she was going for a “refined yet touchable, classic yet modern” style that “feels light, fresh and beautifully ‘movie star.’”

Calhou achieved that covetable look using the viral Mane Hot Brush, which Hailey Bieber, Kylie Jenner and Page Six editors can’t get enough of.

(Better yet, if you order from Mane today, you’ll score a free Temp Check Heat Protector.)

“The look is a softly sculpted and glossy wave. It feels very glamorous, classic, and has a polished finish,” the hair pro added.

Callhou started by rough-drying Madison’s hair with the brand’s Ionic Compact Hair Dryer, then used the It’s Giving Body Medium Hot Round Brush to “smooth the hair while maintaining lift at the roots to preserve natural volume and fluid movement throughout.”

To finish the style, Calhou, who also works with stars like Olivia Rodrigo and Leslie Mann, touched up the Oscar winner’s curls with a Mane curling iron.

Mane was founded by another celeb hairstylist, Jen Atkin, and the Giving Body Medium Hot Round Brush has become a brand bestseller and a TikTok favorite.

Page Six’s managing editor Ally D’Aluisio is obsessed, saying that it gives her the “perfect blowout look in less than 10 minutes.”

She was “pleasantly surprised” by the product after TikTok influenced her to buy it, saying, “I love it. I highly recommend.”

If your hair is longer, the larger Jumbo Hot Round Brush is perfect for giving hair volume or soft waves.

Eiza González’s stylist Owen Gould used this size for the star’s Oscar night look, which he described as “sleek, sophisticated glamour.”

Having tried the tools personally, I’m also a recent convert! There’s a little learning curve — but my hair has never looked so good once I got the hang of the Mane Hot Brush.

My oft-frizzy, fine tresses get too flattened by regular curling irons, so this gives smooth yet voluminous hair without crimps — and it’s so easy to grab hair at the roots for extra volume. It’s a love for me!
