Milania Giudice enrolls in anger management classes after domestic violence arrest

Milania Giudice has enrolled in anger management classes following her domestic violence arrest.

The 20-year-old daughter of “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice appeared virtually in Montville Township Municipal Court on Tuesday, during which her attorney, Alan Kraminsky, told the judge he had met with the prosecutor.

According to Kraminsky, the prosecutor asked to postpone their hearing so that his client could complete an anger management course.

The judge noted that the state also needs to review discovery and speak to officers in the case, so he granted a new date of Sept. 29.

During Milania’s arraignment last month, the judge alleged that she “did knowingly cause bodily injury to another, specifically by striking the victim, LR, in the head with her fist, causing redness to the middle of the victim’s forehead, during a domestic dispute in violation of … a disorderly person’s offense.”

At the time, the judge notified her that if she is found guilty, her sentence could include up to six months in jail, probation and fines of more than $500.

Milania was arrested at her mom and stepdad Luis “Louie” Ruelas’ New Jersey home on May 14.

According to the Montville Township Police Department arrest report, Milania was “throwing food [and] candles” during the “domestic violence dispute.”

Teresa’s other daughter Gabriella Giudice — who was identified as the “reporting party” — called 911 just before 6:15 p.m. and said her “sister [was] acting erratically,” per cops.

The report also stated that no weapons were involved.

Page Six then obtained the police dashcam footage, which showed officers placing a handcuffed Milania in the back of a cop car.

She seemingly scoffed as she spoke while an officer put her seatbelt on her. Milania then looked toward the open door, let out a laugh and turned back around to face forward with a smile on her face.

Milania appeared to sit quietly for the duration of the ride to MTPD headquarters, where she was booked on one count of simple assault and released pending her next court appearance.

She has pleaded not guilty.

The University of Tampa student has not addressed the situation since she broke her silence on her arrest in a June 29 TikTok.

She began the video by blasting an allegedly fake mugshot of her circulating online, which she insisted was “AI.”

“I ate down in my mugshot. I looked fire. I mean, nothing to be proud of, but I made sure of that,” Milania boasted, mocking those who believed it was “real.”

She went on to say, “It is what it is. S–t happens in life. It is what it is. You gotta learn from it and just become a better person and talk about it.”

Milania explained she was “not in a good area in [her] life” at the time of the incident.

“That happens. I’ve been through a lot in life, and some other stuff happened to me,” she told her followers. “Just because you guys think you know everything that happens in my life, you just really don’t.”

Teresa, 54, shares her four daughters — Milania, Gabriella, 21, Gia Giudice, 25, and Audriana Giudice, 16 — with her first husband, Joe Giudice.

The exes were married from October 1999 to September 2020, divorcing after their respective prison stints for federal fraud.

Teresa went on to marry Ruelas, 52, in August 2022.

The digital marketing entrepreneur has two sons — Nicholas Ruelas, 25, and Louie Ruelas Jr., 22 — with his first wife, Marisa DiMartino.
