“Let’s Get Crazy,” Miley Cyrus fans! The singer-songwriter just received some exciting news.

During a Wednesday, July 2 press conference, the “Flowers” singer, 32, was announced as part of the Hollywood Walk of Fame class of 2026, meaning she will soon receive her star. Shortly after, Cyrus celebrated the news on Instagram.

“Honored to be receiving a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. When I first came to LA from Nashville as a little girl, my family would stay at a hotel on Hollywood Blvd, and I would go on late night walks with my dad when no one would recognize him,” she wrote, alongside a clip of the music video to her newly-released song “Walk of Fame.”

“We’d have the gift shops to ourselves & buy knock off Oscars and Marilyn Monroe merchandise. To now be cemented on this legendary boulevard, surrounded by the icons who inspired me, feels like a dream.”

She concluded, “This moment will live forever, thank you to everyone in my life who made it possible. I am grateful to share this star with you.”

More honorees in the 2026 class include Josh Groban, Gordon Ramsey, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Emily Blunt, Timothée Chalamet, Demi Moore, Stanley Tucci and Shaquille O’Neal.

The announcement comes after the Tribeca Festival premiere of Cyrus’ new film Something Beautiful, which accompanies her recently-released album of the same name.

Something Beautiful follows the release of Endless Summer Vacation (2023), Plastic Hearts (2020), Younger Now (2017), Miley Cyrus & Her Dead Petz (2015), Bangerz (2013), Can’t Be Tamed (2010), Breakout (2008) and Meet Miley Cyrus (2007).

The Walk of Fame announcement also comes after the “Malibu” singer was named a Disney Legend at D23 in August of last year. At the event in Anaheim, Calif., Cyrus appeared emotional onstage as she became the youngest person to receive the honor.

“I had gotten a taste of what my life could be, and from that moment on, I did not want anything else,” she said onstage of auditioning for the role of Hannah Montana.

“I stand here still proud to have been Hannah Montana,” she added.

“In so many ways, this award is dedicated to Hannah and all of her amazing loyal fans, and to everyone who has made my dream a reality. To quote the legend herself, ‘This is the life,’ ” she said.

Cyrus got her big break playing Hannah Montana on the Disney Channel show of the same name in 2006. The series continued until 2011 and in 2009, Cyrus appeared in Hannah Montana: The Movie and headlined the Best of Both Words tour two years later.
