Milo Ventimiglia’s Wife Jarah Mariano Debuts Baby Bump in 1st Birthday Tribute to Daughter Ke’ala
Milo Ventimiglia and his wife, Jarah Mariano, are expecting their second baby together, Us Weekly can confirm.
“Happy 1 year, baby girl. When you came into my life I had two distinct thoughts, one immediately after the other — I would die for you in a heartbeat, but now I also have to live as long as I possibly can to be around to make sure you’re safe,” Mariano, 41, wrote via Instagram on Saturday, January 24. “This is the most unique love I’ve ever experienced, just as unique of a soul you are.”
She continued, “In a world with so much fear and hatred, I know that you will bring your radiating light everywhere you go to make it a better and brighter place for those around you. I love you Ke’ala Coral, forever.”
Mariano also uploaded a sweet photo where she held her daughter, who was born last year, while swimming in a body of water. Mariano and Ke’ala twinned in bucket hats, with the proud mom also wearing a brown bikini that appeared to display a growing baby bump.
Mariano and Ventimiglia, 48, have not further addressed their presumed upcoming arrival.
Many of Mariano’s social media followers, meanwhile, offered their congratulations in the comments section.
Vanessa Gringer, a real estate agent who Mariano follows back, replied, “Happy Birthday sweet Ke’ala, big sister! ❤️Congratulations 🎉.”
Hairstylist Caterina Alfieri, whom Mariano also follows, added, “Pure bliss 🤍 🌊. I love you and your sweet family.”
Mariano also shared her beachfront image to her Instagram Stories, writing, “Hau’oli la hanau KCV,” which translates to “happy birthday” in Hawaiian.
Us broke the news in October 2023 that Ventimiglia secretly wed Mariano several months earlier after keeping most of their romance under wraps. The couple announced in September 2024 that they were expecting their first child and Mariano gave birth to Ke’ala in January 2025.
“Houseless, never homeless. Welcome back Ke’ala Coral Ventimiglia 🌈,” Mariano wrote via Instagram last year, revealing she and Ventimiglia lost their house in the devastating Los Angeles wildfires that month. “[On] January 7th my family and I evacuated from the Palisades Fire. We lost our home that we were living in and everything we own, as well as our home under construction that we were about to move into.”
Mariano stressed at the time that her family were “together, happy, healthy and safe.”
“[That] is truly all that matters,” she stated. “We are deeply grateful to all of the heroes who help battle fires, as well as care for everyone affected by the aftermath for years to come. … Gentle reminder to all, to please allow us this time and space to nest with our newborn in such a delicate phase.”
Months later, Ventimiglia gave Us an exclusive update about their rebuilding process.
“We’re doing great. My wife is the strongest person I know, and to be able to rebound from any of that is huge,” the This Is Us alum told Us in December 2025. “But at the same time, [we’re] still dealing with insurance a year later. We’re still dealing with the remnants of the fires, but thank God we’ve been responsible with our funds and finances and were ready for something like this to happen.”
