Nicole Eggert shared a sobering update amid her breast cancer battle.

The “Baywatch” alum, 53, took to Instagram Thursday to share a makeup-free mirror selfie in a black sports bra and underwear, captioning it, “Had a mastectomy with reconstruction on Thursday. How was ur weekend?”

Followers in the comments thread included pop icon Debbie Gibson, who wrote, “sending love fierce warrior ❤️”

Fellow “Baywatch” alums Carmen Electra and Erika Eleniak weighed in as well, with Electra writing, “get it babe 🔥🔥,” and Eleniak adding, “Damn, Nicole. You are fierce ❤️❤️”

Fans also sent encouraging messages. “You are so brave and thank you for sharing your journey, Nicole❤️,” one person wrote, while another remarked, “It is not easy to be vulnerable. Thank you for trusting us all and know your in our hearts.”

A third wrote, “you’re a warrior and your honest account of your experience helps the world- you’re amazing!”

Eggert first disclosed her December 2023 breast cancer diagnosis — stage 2 cribriform carcinoma — in a raw January 2024 interview.

The “Charles in Charge” actress told People at the time that she was motivated to beat the disease after seeing “the horror” on daughter Keegan’s face when she told her about her diagnosis.

“It immediately made me realize, ‘There’s just no succumbing to this. This is something I have to get through. This is something that I have to beat. She needs me more than anything and anybody,’” she told the outlet.

“My fear is that my everyday hustle, everything that I do to keep everything going, is going to come to a screeching halt when I’m not feeling well or I’m sick or I’m in the hospital or whatever is going on,” she continued, adding, “it’s just so overwhelming, and I’m just doing everything I can not to spiral.”

The actress confessed she initially thought her symptoms — which included “terrible pain” in her left breast — were due to menopause.

In March 2024, the actress took to Instagram to share a video of herself shaving her head at home amid the journey.

In the background, the Beastie Boys’ hit “Fight for Your Right” played as one of her daughters helped her finish the job.

At the time, fellow 80s icon Alyssa Milano called the move “inspiring,” while Jennie Garth wrote, “sending you a big hug.”

In November, the actress again took to Instagram to share an update after a particularly traumatic CT scan.

“I just got out of my CT scan — mapping, as they call it — for my radiation treatment and when they said they were gonna tattoo me … I didn’t realize it was actual, real tattoos, so I was tatted,” she said in a video from inside her car.

“It’s nothing but dots, but boy, every step of this process is never gonna let you forget it,” she continued. “There’s just always going to be a constant reminder.”

“So yeah, I have tattoos,” she added. “My mom’s gonna be really proud of my neck tattoo, But that’s OK, that’s OK.”

Eggert is a mother of two — she’s never disclosed the father of daughter Dilyn, 27. She shares daughter Keegan, 14, with ex Justin Herwick.
