Nicole Kidman is riding solo these days — despite a multimillionaire recently throwing his hat in the ring for her heart.

A source exclusively told Page Six Monday that the “Big Little Lies” actress is a “single woman” after reports surfaced that the chairman of the board of MGM Resorts International, Paul Salem, is trying to woo her.

“She is not dating anyone, but she is a single woman,” the source said.

At the moment, Kidman, 58, is concentrating on being a mom to her two daughters with ex-husband Keith Urban: Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 15.

“She is focused on her kids,” the source shared.

On Monday, insiders told TMZ that Salem is making it known to his circles that he is interested in dating the “Practical Magic” star.

They reportedly have two mutual friends and mingled a few times in group settings, though they have not hung out one-on-one.

Salem has been on the market since splitting from ex Navyn Salem in 2021.

Kidman, for her part, finalized her divorce from the “You’ll Think Of Me” singer on Jan. 6.

She and the country music star announced that they were separating in September.

A source at the time told Page Six that Kidman “did not want the separation and was trying to save things.”

“Sometimes relationships just run their course,” the source added.

Kidman officially filed for divorce on Sept. 30, with the “Perfect Couple” alum citing “irreconcilable differences.”

She and Urban tied the knot in 2006 after meeting a year prior at the G’Day USA gala in January 2005.

Kidman was previously married to Tom Cruise from 1990 to 2001. The exes share two kids: Bella, 33, and Connor, 31.

Last month, a source told People that Nicole “spends a lot of time” with her two youngest daughters.

“She loves family time,” the source said. “She is refreshed and optimistic about the new year.”

In January, rumors swirled that Urban had already moved on with a new love interest.

“I hear he has someone, which is why the girls are publicly supporting Mom,” a source told the Daily Mail at the time.

“People think they are even living together,” the insider added. “Look, teen girls love their dads, so there’s a reason they’re making it three against one.”
