Ozzy Osbourne ‘surrounded by love’ and family when he died

Ozzy Osbourne spent his final moments with his loved ones before he died Tuesday morning.

“He was with his family and surrounded by love,” his wife, Sharon Osbourne, and their kids, Jack, Kelly, Aimee and Louis, confirmed in a joint statement obtained by Page Six Tuesday.

“We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time,” the statement continued

In the same statement, the Black Sabbath singer’s family confirmed that he had died Tuesday morning. He was 76.

“It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning,” they said.

Earlier this month, the “No More Tears” artist had performed his last concert with Black Sabbath.

Fans were concerned for Ozzy’s health in early July when AI videos claiming that he was dying had circulated online. Kelly, 40, swiftly shut down rumors.

The rock star has had health issues for years now and revealed in January 2020 that he had secretly been battling Parkinson’s disease for more than 15 years.

There is no known cure for the movement disorder of the nervous system, which often worsens over time, according to the Mayo Clinic.

Ozzy was also living in pain after sustaining horrible neck injuries from a 2003 quad biking accident. In May 2022, the heavy metal star shared that he could no longer “walk properly” and would be undergoing a “life-altering” neck surgery.
