Pregnant Cardi B’s boyfriend, Stefon Diggs, seen leaving hospital with baby carrier 4 months prior to paternity suit

Pregnant Cardi B’s boyfriend, Stefon Diggs, was spotted leaving a hospital holding a baby carrier just four months before being hit with a paternity suit.

On May 11, the New England Patriots wide receiver was seen folding a car seat and placing it inside an SUV parked outside of a New York City hospital, according to a video obtained by TMZ Friday.

An unknown woman was filmed seated inside the vehicle as he fidgeted with the baby buggy.

Page Six confirmed that Aileen Lopera — who claimed in a court filing that Diggs is the father of her child — was not the woman seen in the car.

“I can confirm that is not my client in the video and no car seat has been provided to her,” Lopera’s attorney, Tamar Arminak, told Page Six Friday. “My client looks forward to the day Mr. Diggs finally meets, acknowledges and provides for the infant daughter they share.”

Lopera, known as Lord Gisselle on Instagram, filed a petition in December 2024 to determine parental relationship, according to documents obtained by Page Six.

The Fashion Nova ambassador, who was pregnant at the time of the filing, listed Diggs, 31, as the “parent” of her then-unborn child and requested legal and physical custody.

She also asked that Diggs only be given visitation rights and that the NFL player cover all of her pregnancy and birth expenses, as well as her legal fees.

The child in question, Charliee Harper Diggs-Lopera, was born on April 2.

In July, Diggs filed a response claiming that he was “not certain” Charliee was his child, and requested a genetic test to be conducted to determine whether or not he is the father.

If the test results confirm he is the father, Diggs will be seeking joint legal and joint physical custody of the child. He will also request to evenly divide the expenses of her pregnancy, birth and attorney.

Interestingly, Diggs confirmed his relationship with Cardi, 32, just one day after he was seen holding the baby carrier outside of the hospital.

This week, Cardi announced that she is pregnant and expecting a child with Diggs. The rapper — whose real name is Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar — already shares three children with estranged husband Offset.

Diggs also has an 8-year-old daughter from a past relationship.

Reps for Diggs and Lopera did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
