Pregnant Olivia Culpo Jokes She’s Only Wearing Outfits Considered ‘Pajamas’ and ‘Day Clothes’

Olivia Culpo is prioritizing comfort now that she’s in the third trimester of her pregnancy with baby No. 2.

“Not sure if this is considered pajamas or day clothes, but right now I’m only wearing things that qualify as both,” Culpo, 34, wrote via her Instagram Stories on Saturday, August 8, sharing a mirror selfie of her ASTR the Label blue pinstripe two-piece. “This is prettyyyy comfy!”

The pregnant model sported the brand’s Rena Longline Tunic Top, which she left unbuttoned to show off her growing belly, and a matching pair of pants in the same fabric.

Culpo and her husband, NFL star Christian McCaffrey, announced in May that they are expecting their second baby. (Culpo and McCaffrey, 30, previously welcomed eldest daughter Colette in July 2025.)

Since becoming a parent, Culpo has realized that her entire sense of fashion has shifted.

“When you’re a mom, you really do have to find ways to streamline your life,” the former Miss Universe exclusively told Us in December 2025 of her style changes. “You don’t have enough time to go through piles and piles of clothes, and you don’t want to — you want to spend time with your baby.”

She added at the time, “I find myself reaching for the same things — having more uniforms, if you will. It’s been a really great way to just simplify getting dressed. As a new mom, I definitely like to take the guesswork out of what to wear.”

In addition to putting together undoubtedly chic maternity outfits, Culpo is also figuring out her birth plan.

“I’m having a C-section because I had a C-section in July last year, so having a VBAC [vaginal birth after cesarean] wasn’t an option,” Culpo said in a TikTok video last month, referring to physician advice to wait 18 to 24 months before scheduling a VBAC due to risk of uterine rupture. “I scheduled it on a day Christian has a slightly easier [day], basically it’s not an off-day for him.”

McCaffrey, a running back for the San Francisco 49ers, is currently training for the upcoming 2026-2027 NFL season.

“He’ll be able to come just for the birth and then, aside from that, he’ll have to go back. It’s going to be different than my first birth,” Culpo added in her social media upload at the time. “A common misconception is that football season starts in September when all the games start, but it really doesn’t. It starts at the end of July because that’s when they go to camp and it just goes right into the season.”
