Prince George is 12!

Kate Middleton and Prince William celebrated their eldest son’s birthday with a new photo of the future king looking just like his dad.

“Happy 12th Birthday to Prince George! 🎂” the couple captioned a smiling new snap of George posing outdoors in a button-down shirt and brown vest.

Another upload featured sweet footage of George playing with his younger siblings, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

“12 today,” William and Kate, both 43, wrote alongside the touching video.

The royals’ preteen was born in July 2013.

The Princess of Wales has since opened up about the “amazing” experience of giving birth to her first child, which she described as a “blur.”

On a February 2020 episode of the “Happy Mum Happy Baby” podcast, she gushed, “How can the human body do that? It is utterly extraordinary.”

The royal added, “It was one of the hottest days and night with huge thunderstorms, so I didn’t get a huge amount of sleep, but George did, which was really great.”

Middleton went on to note that her son was a “very sweet” newborn.

She and William went on to welcome Charlotte and Louis in May 2015 and April 2018, respectively.

When George turned 11 last year, Middleton snapped a new black-and-white portrait of him in a suit.

The smiling shot came on the heels of Middleton revealing her cancer diagnosis publicly.

“It has taken us time to explain everything to George, Charlotte and Louis in a way that is appropriate for them and to reassure them that I am going to be OK,” she wrote in a March 2024 statement.

Middleton, notably, had stepped back from her royal roles to undergo abdominal surgery that January.

The cancer survivor has since completed chemotherapy and returned to the public eye.

This year, Middleton has made headlines for numerous outings with her kids, from Wimbledon to Trooping the Colour.
