Prince Harry and Meghan Markle roasted over deleted Kris Jenner birthday photos
Fans roasted Prince Harry and Meghan Markle after Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian quietly deleted photos posing with the Sussexes from Instagram.
Several theories began swirling on social media after eagle-eyed Instagram users noticed that the “Kardashians” stars removed photos of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex taken at the momager’s 70th birthday bash on Saturday.
“It appears that the pictures of Harry and Meghan have been scrubbed from Kris Jenner and even Kim Kardashian’s Instagrams,” wrote one user. “Wonder why? You go to an event like that you should expect pictures to be taken… They already went so the damage has been done.”
Another speculated Prince Harry and Markle “desperately pleaded” with the reality stars to “take them down” because of “Remembrance weekend and the backlash,” referring to the UK’s support of the armed forces community, which he did honor by wearing a red poppy on his jacket.
Other users claimed the Hulu stars made the decision to remove the snaps, with a third writing, “Meghan Markle lured her husband away because she wants to live a ‘private life’ yet desperately tries to hang out with a-listers in Hollywood… It’s so embarrassing that even Kim Kardashian deleted this photo, not wanting to be associated with her.”
“Honestly seems like Kimmy deleted them because they were getting more attention than anyone else in the carousel,” said a fourth netizen.
A fifth person speculated that they believed the move was “nothing personal.”
Page Six has reached out to reps for Kardashian, Jenner, Markle and Harry, but did not immediately hear back.
Jenner, posted a carousel of images on Instagram from her party, including a snap of her posing with the “Suits” alum, 44, and Harry, 41.
However, the photo was later deleted.
Kardashian, 45, also initially shared a photo with Markle, but that has also been deleted.
The Invictus Games founder and his wife held hands as they arrived at the soirée — which was held at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s $175 million Beverly Hills, Calif., mansion.
Royal insiders were appalled by the Sussexes’ appearance at Jenner’s birthday festivities, calling it “so tacky.”
“It truly shows that Harry is so far removed from the rest of the family,” the source exclusively told Page Six.
“These people may be stars in America, but the pure ostentatiousness is at odds with what Prince William is trying to do with his life and the monarchy,” the insider continued.
