Princess Diana’s brother Charles Spencer’s girlfriend has filed a lawsuit against his estranged wife, Karen Spencer.

According to the Telegraph, Catrine Jarman filed a complaint against the countess on Oct. 10 for misuse of private information.

No other information was available about the suit.

When the outlet reached out to Jarman’s legal team at Simons Muirhead Burton, they declined to comment.

Page Six has reached out to both Charles and Karen for comment but did not immediately hear back.

In June, the 9th Earl Spencer, 60, announced he and Karen, 52, were divorcing after 13 years of marriage.

“It is immensely sad,” he told the Daily Mail at the time.

“I just want to devote myself to all my children, and to my grandchildren, and I wish Karen every happiness in the future.”

Two months prior, the couple — who wed in June 2011 on the Althorp estate where Diana was buried following her 1997 death — informed their staff of their decision to split.

Charles hired the same high-profile attorney his former brother-in-law, King Charles III, used to divorce Diana in 1996.

He tapped Fiona Shackleton to represent him amid divorce proceedings from Karen.

Last week, the British journalist and Professor Jarman broke their silence about their romance.

When asked about rumors the pair had “grown close,” Charles told the Times, “We are close. Well, close enough.”

The father of seven and Jarman met when she was searching for the remains of an ancient Roman villa on Althorp’s grounds for a Channel 4 documentary.

Charles and the archaeologist co-host the “Rabbit Hole Detectives” podcast, which they launched last year alongside Richard Coles.

Charles and Karen share a 12-year-old daughter named Charlotte Diana, whose moniker pays tribute to her late aunt.

He is also a dad to six other children with his ex-wives, Victoria Lockwood and Caroline Freud.
