Rachel Zoe files for divorce from longtime husband Rodger Berman

Rachel Zoe has filed for divorce from her longtime husband, Rodger Berman, 10 months after announcing their separation, Page Six can confirm.

Zoe submitted her petition to dissolve her 27-year marriage on Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split and listing their date of separation as June 27, 2024.

The fashion designer, 53, requested joint legal and physical custody of their sons — Skyler, 14, and Kasius, 10 — with visitation rights for both parents.

She also declined spousal support and asked that the court terminate Berman’s ability to obtain any from her. Notably, he is the co-CEO of Rachel Zoe, Inc.

It’s unclear whether their breakup will play out on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” as Zoe is a new cast member, and Season 15 of the reality show is currently filming.

Their reps did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment. TMZ was first to report the news.

The former couple announced their separation in September 2024 via a joint statement.

“After 33 years together and 26 years married, Rodger and I have come to the mutual decision to end our marriage,” the stylist posted on Instagram at the time.

“We are incredibly proud of the loving family we have created and our countless memories together. Our number one priority has been and will always be our children.”

Zoe insisted that she and Berman were committed to both co-parenting their boys and continuing to work together on the many businesses they share.

They asked for “privacy” to “navigate this new chapter” and concluded the memo “with love and gratitude.”

The two met in 1991 while attending George Washington University. They married in February 1998.
