Katie Rost has entered treatment following a drug-induced seizure, her husband claimed on social media.

“My wife is in treatment, I have her phone. TY, for the messages,” he allegedly tweeted from the “Real Housewives of Potomac” alum’s X account Sunday.

“I can’t answer for her. I’m upset. She is okay. Gets out of detox soon,” Rost’s husband, whose name is not publicly known, added in a since-deleted tweet.

“She took MDMA and started having a seizure. She had already planned to go in, but that happened and the people who have footage, please don’t share it. Like she would say #respect,” he alleged.

In a third tweet, Rost’s husband wrote, “All that matters. She is okay.”

Page Six has reached out to Rost for comment but did not immediately hear back.

Rost, 45, joined the first season of “The Real Housewives of Potomac” in 2016 alongside Gizelle Bryant, Ashley Darby, Robyn Dixon, Karen Huger and Charrisse Jackson.

The former Bravolebrity then appeared as a “friend” of the main cast in Seasons 2 and 4 and made guest appearances in Season 7.

Since Rost’s departure from the show, she faced many challenges with her personal life, including a dark custody battle over her three kids with ex-husband Dr. James Orsini and a battle with addiction.

In 2022, Rost revealed she landed a minimum-wage job after completing a 30-day rehab program to “kick alcohol and Adderall in a medical setting.”

The following year, the former reality star revealed that he had relapsed but was “starting over.”

That November, Rost checked back into rehab for alcohol abuse.

In July 2025, the mom of three revealed she had gotten married to the “love of [her] life,” whom she claimed encouraged her to “get help and stay off social media.”
