‘RHOSLC’ alum Jen Shah makes first public appearance since completing prison sentence

“The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” alum Jen Shah supported her husband, college football coach Sharrieff Shah, in her first public appearance since completing her prison sentence.

Jen attended the Utah Utes’ game against the Arkansas Razorbacks at Rice-Eccles Stadium in Salt Lake City on Saturday, which she documented in a TikTok video aptly set to Sexyy Red’s 2024 song, “She’s Back.”

In the 39-second clip, the former Bravo star wore a white dress, thigh-high boots and black sunglasses as she walked on the field and waved to the crowd.

The video cut to Jen sitting in the stands and cheering on Utah, who beat Arkansas 43-10.

At the end of the clip, Jen kissed and hugged Sharrieff, 55, the Utes’ associate head coach, cornerbacks coach and special teams coordinator.

“Back in my favorite place, cheering for my favorite Coach,” Jen captioned her TikTok, adding, “So grateful to be here. ❤️.”

Jen has been married to Sharrieff since 1994. They share two sons, Sharieff Jr., 32, and Omar, 23.

Jen was arrested in March 2021 and charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud in connection with telemarketing and conspiracy to commit money laundering.

At the time of her arrest, she was filming “RHOSLC” Season 2 but ultimately exited the series after Season 3.

Although Jen initially pleaded not guilty to both charges, she changed her plea to guilty for the first charge in July 2022.

The mom of two was sentenced to six and a half years behind bars for her crimes in January 2023 and she reported to prison the following month.

Jen’s sentence was reduced multiple times before she was officially released from prison in December 2025, after serving nearly three years at the Federal Prison Camp in Bryan, Texas.

Last month, Jen confirmed she completed her prison sentence, which involved eight months of home confinement after her prison release.

“Today, I feel blessed. I feel free. And I’m excited to see what happens next,” she told the Hollywood Reporter in a statement on Aug. 28.

Jen also said she took time to “revaluate” her choices — and the people she let into her life — while serving time in prison.

“I can see those things today in a way I couldn’t then, and I take responsibility for the decisions that were mine,” she stated.

Jen added, “Today, more than anything, I feel grateful, hopeful and genuinely excited about the future.”
