Sir Richard Branson’s wife Lady Joan Templeman’s death could have been “prevented” if she was given medication to treat her blood clot.
Following an investigation into her death, Professor Fiona Wilcox, senior coroner from Inner West London Coroner’s Court, claimed that Templeman didn’t receive blood thinner medications that prevent harmful blood clots, according to The Independent.
