Rosie O’Donnell’s daughter Chelsea sentenced after 3 back-to-back drug arrests

Rosie O’Donnell’s eldest daughter, Chelsea Belle O’Donnell, has been sentenced to six years of probation following three consecutive drug arrests.
The 27-year-old appeared in Wisconsin court with her attorney, Brad Hansen, on Monday, after pleading guilty to three felony counts: resisting or obstructing an officer, felony bail jumping and possession of methamphetamine.
According to People, she received a two-year probation sentence for each guilty count.
As part of her probation, Chelsea is required to maintain absolute sobriety. She must also have no possession of alcohol or drugs without a valid prescription, have no contact with drug users or sellers and have no possession or ownership of firearms.
Chelsea must also obtain a high school diploma or GED and complete a full mental health evaluation.
If she does not complete these requirements, she could face prison time.
Meanwhile, Chelsea’s misdemeanor charges for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotic drugs were both dismissed.
Chelsea evading prison time comes after she was arrested three back-to-back times last year.
Back in September, she was arrested after officers responded to a call about a domestic dispute involving Chelsea and her boyfriend, Jacob Nelund, at their home, which prompted police to search the premises.
According their report, officers discovered a meth pipe allegedly left within her son’s reach, “a black and silver digital scale, some used gem bags with white residue, and a sharps container that had more used and unused hypodermic needles.”
“Inside the bedroom that appeared to be designated as [the child’s] room, there were numerous used hypodermic needles,” a second officer noted in the filing.
“Several of them were loaded with blood. There were old apples, garbage, random tools, and butane bottles sitting on the floor, all mixed with the clothing belonging to [the child].”
A month later, she was arrested again when she allegedly tried to throw a meth pipe out the window of her car after being pulled over at a traffic stop.
She was charged with four felony counts of maintaining a drug trafficking place, child neglect and possession of methamphetamine and THC, the latter of which is commonly found in cannabis.
The mother of four was reportedly also hit with two misdemeanors for disorderly conduct/domestic abuse and possession of illegally obtained prescription drugs.
By mid-November, Chelsea was arrested a third time after drugs were found in her car when a police officer stopped her due to a loud exhaust.
Per the report, the officer noted that she had “pick marks” on her face, which meth users often have from scratching their skin.
Chelsea was then transported to the Marinette County Jail, where police found prescription pill bottles with multiple drugs during a second search.
